The Sydney water and the NSW State Government have initiated a desalination project offshore from Kurnell, north of Sydney International Airport.

Offshore Heavy Transport AS is a Norwegian oil service company which owns unique vessels which are suitable for dry transportation of offshore drilling rigs and offshore modules. Hakuryu 10 is owned and operated by Japan Drilling co Ltd and is the ninth in a series of 19 Baker Marine Pacific Class jack up rigs on order by Sembcorp Marine's subsidiary PPL Shipyard in Singapore. It is the first Japanese rig to be built outside Japan and is reputed to be one of the most advanced technically in the global market.

The company, which is associated with both HAECO in Hong Kong and SHAECO in Singapore, is situated on the perimeter of Xiamen International Airport.

Asia Pacific Vision (HK) were commissioned by Swire Pacific to made an HD corporate production communicating aspects of their business throughout the Asia Pacific region with the underlying theme Unspoken Trust.  Laurie K. Gilbert travelled from Singapore as HD cinematographer of the project and the production team visited business divisions throughout Hong and China to shoot the final presentation.
