Asia Pacific Vision (HK) were commissioned by Swire Pacific to made an HD corporate production communicating aspects of their business throughout the Asia Pacific region with the underlying theme Unspoken Trust.  Laurie K. Gilbert travelled from Singapore as HD cinematographer of the project and the production team visited business divisions throughout Hong and China to shoot the final presentation.

L'Image Cinematography has shot critical helicopter aerial imagery for a series of documentaries which investigate and explains the geological causes of the recent cataclysmic tsunami and undersea volcanic eruptions on the west coast of Indonesia.

In 1815, Mt Tambora erupted on the Indonesian island of Sumbawa Besar and the largest eruption in recorded history blew between 37 to 100 cubic miles of dust, ashes, and cinders into the atmosphere, generating a veil of volcanic dust that enveloped the globe. The dust cloud was so intense, parts of the Indonesian archipelago experienced total darkeness for three days.

A unique, multi-award winning film that captures all the in-cockpit drama and excitement of the Turkish Air Force supersonic aerobatic team, the Turk Yildizlari or Turkish Stars. The film was made to celebrate to 90th anniversary of the Turkish Air Force, the second oldest air force in the world.

During the making of of the film Turkish Stars - A Star Is Born, aerial cinematographer Laurie L. Gilbert shot almost 60 hours of rock stable, in-cockpit motion picture imagery of the most extreme supersonic aerobatics.
