China Real Estate TVC
A 35mm cinema and television commercial for broadcast in both mainland China and Hong Kong to promote a real estate development in Guangzhou.
The commercial was aimed at people of international business executive status and attempted to capture the refinement and elegance of the proposed upmarket residential complex.
It was shot both in a film studio in Guangzhou and also at "lifestyle" locations in Singapore, including Raffles Marina and several residential developments situated beside Singapore Bay
The commercial was processed and post produced in Hong Kong.
